Jeroen is internationaal belastingexpert en hoofd van de fiscale afdeling. Door zijn jarenlange ervaring is hij in staat hoogwaardig en praktisch fiscaal advies te leveren aan zowel grote internationaal opererende ondernemingen als ondernemingen uit het MKB en weet daarvoor de juiste mensen in te zetten. Hij is ook zeer betrokken binnen AGN Europe en heeft hier ook een groot bereikbaar netwerk.
Ton is managing partner en Privacy Officer van ons kantoor. Ton studeerde Economie (Nivra) en begon met werken bij de Nederlandse belastingdienst Rijksaccountantsdienst. In 1987, na 3 jaar elders gewerkt te hebben, is hij bij Daamen & van Sluis Accountants- Belastingadviseurs begonnen. Ton is lid van het bestuur van de SMA, een joint venture tussen leden van de SRA, die actief zijn in het uitvoeren van grote projecten in de Financial Services. Ton heeft uitgebreide ervaring als Business adviseur voor zowel nationale- als multinationale klanten.
Wim van Sluis is a Chartered Accountant, partner and co-founder of Daamen & van Sluis Accountants-Tax Advisors. Wim is still enthusiastically involved in the practice full time. From 2002 to 2006, Wim was Alderman for Economy, Port, Environment and Employment in Rotterdam and from September 2006 to January 2013 he was chairman of the Port Entrepreneurs’ Organization Deltalinqs. He was also chairman of the Rotterdam Port Promotion Council. Wim has also held a number of supervisory positions, including at Dura Vermeer, Portbase and was an Executive Board Member of VNO-NCW. Wim therefore has extensive managerial experience coupled with financial expertise as a chartered accountant. He advises a number of companies as a strategic advisor and as a member of the Advisory Board or as a director of the Stichting Administratie Kantoor of those companies. His specialism: Strategic advice, valuation of and buying & selling of companies, as well as (re)financing of companies.
