Audit & Assurance

An audit offers you, your stakeholders and society certainty about the financial figures and annual accounts of your company. The law stipulates that companies that meet certain criteria must have their annual accounts audited by an accountant. If your company meets two of the three criteria below in two consecutive financial years, an audit obligation arises:

  • The balance sheet value is more than € 7,500,000
  • Your net turnover is higher than € 15,000,000
  • You employ an average of 50 or more full-time employees

You can also choose to have your company audited for various reasons, such as the interests of third parties in your company or future growth plans.

Our team of expert accountants is ready to assist you in meeting these obligations. We use advanced techniques and applications and always work within the rules drawn up by our professional organization. We have a non-PIE permit from the AFM to carry out these activities.

In addition to audits, we also offer various assurance services, such as subsidy declarations, sustainability declarations, hiring declarations and declarations for insurers, banks and other organizations. We are happy to help you with all your audit and assurance needs, so you can focus on the success of your business.
