Your role
You’re a key player in the organization, ensuring a well-organized workday for colleagues and clients. You’re service-oriented, proactive, and proactive, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
- Support with daily operational and organizational tasks
- Manage invoicing and send reminders
- Monitor payments and maintain contact with customers about outstanding items
- Administrative processes in Minox Online
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, and appointments
- Serve as a point of contact for colleagues for practical questions and support
- Participate in projects, such as team outings or improvement programs
- Support with HR and communication activities
What are you bringing?
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience in a support (office) role
- You are accurate, independent, and know how to prioritize
- You are proficient with systems (Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams)
- You are a team player with a service-oriented attitude

Daamen & van Sluis Accountants Tax Advisors is looking for you!
As a team, you take care of the payroll administration of our clients and advise them on this. You are therefore (partly) responsible for a client portfolio. You will deal with many customers in different industries. HR, absenteeism and employment law are also part of this. In addition to the administrative part, you will also have a lot of contact with customers. So you must like that. Together with other colleagues you form our salary/HR team.
Who are we looking for:
- Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with the “NMBRS” salary package is an advantage;
- We are thinking of MBO / HBO working and thinking level;
- Someone who doesn’t get nervous when things are a bit busier;
- Which also brings some fun;
- A person who wants to add something to our team;

- Can work accurately.

- Daamen & van Sluis Accountants Belastingadviseurs is a strong and experienced accounting firm in the Rijnmond region with an n-OOB license from the AFM. We specialize in accountancy and (tax) advice. Also in HRM / Wages;
- We are affiliated with AGN International. One of the largest associations in the world;
- We are affiliated with the SRA, a network organization of 370 independent accounting firms in the Netherlands;
- We are an informal office with a professional working method, primarily focused on good quality, who know our clients personally and give them sufficient attention;
- We are a multidisciplinary organization with approximately 40 inspiring colleagues
The tax department consists of a team of four enthusiastic employees, two of whom are affiliated with the NOB and one employee is affiliated with the RB; - We are an informal office with a good balance between work and private life.
Your role:
- Preparing income tax returns;
- Preparing corporate tax returns;
- Answering short tax questions;
- Preparing requests, objections and advice texts.
What do we expect from you?
- You are a third-year student of Tax Law or Fiscal Economics at university;
- You are available for two days a week to join our tax team;
- You have good oral and written expression skills in Dutch and English;
- You are eager to learn, proactive, have good communication skills, responsible and have the ambition to carry out assignments fairly independently in the short term.
